Let’s take a look at how cellulite forms and what you can do to help your body run efficiently to help alleviate what’s causing cellulite to form and stay. Having cellulite doesn’t mean you are overweight. Even thin people can have it. If you are overweight, however, losing weight may reduce cellulite.
