Can This New Treatment Get Rid of Cellulite Fast?

The dimpled appearance of cellulite can be considered to be a normal variant — one way that many perfectly normal human beings look. Cellulite is more common among women than men. If other women in your family have cellulite, there’s a good chance you will too. Cellulite isn’t a serious medical condition, and treatment isn’t necessary. Cellulite can have many causes, including excessive fat accumulation and shortened dermofascial fibers within the soft tissue. Although you can’t get rid of cellulite completely, here are some simple things you can do to reduce its appearance.

Cellulite reduction techniques such as liposuction and dieting actually do not remove cellulite. Some “treatments” may temporarily reduce the appearance of cellulite. They won’t last, though. Treatments to remove cellulite range from the very non-invasive mechanical massage, heat, and radiofrequency to fat-dissolving injections and actual surgery. Although there’s no permanent “cure” for cellulite, using an effective cellulite cream can be an important weapon in your fight against cellulite. Quite the contrary! Liposuction is not very successful in treating cellulite and may actually worsen the dimpled skin appearance.

Many devices, products and creams claim to treat cellulite. But there is little or no scientific evidence to support these claims. Long a darling of dieters for its fat-burning ability, this citrus fruit can help your skin appear smoother thanks to their vitamin C content. C may be recognized as the cold-fighting vitamin, but it also helps build up and repair skin collagen — an essential component in the fight against cellulite. Your skin, liver, intestines and kidneys must work effectively to remove toxins from the body. Incomplete release of colon waste will worsen the toxic level, and waste in fluids will damage collagen and elastin fibres, which can lead to cellulite formation. It’s the thing that affects almost every woman, no matter her size. You know what I’m talking about — the dimples and puckers, ripples and waves that crop up when you cross your legs or on your butt in a bathing suit. In one U.S. clinical study, 55 patients underwent a single system treatment that independent physician evaluators later determined improved the appearance of cellulite in 98 percent of patients.

Most of us live stressful lives as we try to balance our work and personal lives. In stressful situations the inflammatory stress hormone cortisol is released and research has proven that people with elevated cortisol levels are more likely to have cellulite. A low fat balanced diet plays an important role in getting rid of cellulite. Eat plenty of fiber and wholegrain foods (such as bran and oat cereals) since they help to remove waste and toxins from the intestinal tract. Visibly improve the appearance of skin with the Shrink To Fit Cellulite Smoother from Mio Skincare, a moisturising cream developed to smoothen uneven, bumpy areas. Laser treatments are combined with massage and rolling; they either do suction or rolling and use radio waves and heat up the fat—put fat on a stove in a frying pan, and it melts. You’ll probably need at least six sessions, which cost $50 to $150 each; the (subtle) results could last up to a few months.

Scientists have discovered how changes in the connective tissue structure in this top fat layer trigger the formation of cellulite. Increasing blood flow to these areas can help remove cellulite and kettlebells are one of the most effective ways to build muscle and burn fat (both which help minimize the appearance of cellulite). Use a scrub every time you shower to increase circulation on thighs and buttocks too. Laser, radio-frequency, and massage techniques have been used for several years to reduce the appearance of cellulite—and while their results are not permanent, they are effective in the short-term, says Dr. Karcher. Dark leafy greens like spinach, chard, and kale are also rich in fiber, antioxidants, and minerals that promote healthier skin, faster cell regeneration, improved circulation, and more efficient fat metabolism.

Endermologie may temporarily improve the appearance of dimpled areas, but the procedure is time-consuming and expensive. Liposuction may permanently help in some cases. “People will see results right after using, usually lasting for about 12 hours,” Brown said. A small scoop of the all-natural ingredients will reduce the appearance of dimples for $14 a jar. Plumped out skin shows cellulite less, than dehydrated skin, so it’s a good idea to incorporate body lotion application into your daily regime. Any of your citrusy fruits are just great for that. Foods high in Omega 3 such as salmon and mackerel are excellent as well. Start lifting weight. And if you already lift weight? Keep doing so! Because cardio isn’t going to get rid of all your cellulite. (Nothing is going to get rid of all your cellulite.)
