HOW TO GET RID OF CELLULITE…FOREVER!

Cellulite is the term given to the dimpled skin on the abdomen, buttocks, and thighs of most healthy adult women. You see less cellulite in men because their fibers run horizontally, forming a criss-cross pattern that prevents bulging or dimpling. Cellulite is most common around the thighs and buttocks, but it can be found on the breasts, lower abdomen and upper arms as well. Many people seek treatment for cellulite because they are bothered by how it looks. Genetics is only one small part of the cellulite puzzle; factors like diet, exercise, and maintaining a healthy weight also play a role.

Weight loss — through healthy eating and regular exercise — is probably the most beneficial cellulite treatment. Of course, eating a healthy diet goes hand in hand with maintaining a healthy weight. The less fat you have on your body, the less cellulite appears. Treatments to remove cellulite range from the very non-invasive mechanical massage, heat, and radiofrequency to fat-dissolving injections and actual surgery. If you have an unhealthy lifestyle and you build up more body fat, there’s a good possibility that this body fat can convert to that type of cellulite fat structure as well. In addition, an increased deposition of subcutaneous body fat may often reflect a lifestyle of less exercise and changes in dietary consumption.

Many devices, products and creams claim to treat cellulite. But there is little or no scientific evidence to support these claims. Fresh herbs like cilantro promote detoxification by helping to remove heavy metals from the body that tend to hide in fat cells. These heavy metals can disrupt normal tissue function and, as a result, prevent your body from healing and functioning properly. If you feel that reducing the appearance of your cellulite isn’t something you really care about? Hey, that’s totally cool, too. Cellfina uses mechanical subcision and works by cutting tissue bands (with the tiniest scalpel—there’s no bleeding and barely any bruising) in the fat under the skin to smooth out dimpling. Some of us want to believe it was, but if we are honest with ourselves we have to admit that cellulite is increasing in our society at an alarming rate —even faster than our waistlines.

Most of us live stressful lives as we try to balance our work and personal lives. In stressful situations the inflammatory stress hormone cortisol is released and research has proven that people with elevated cortisol levels are more likely to have cellulite. Therefore, physical exercises like walking or jogging, swimming, jumping on a mini-trampoline, skipping with a rope, and even yoga are all effective ways to control stress and reduce the appearance of cellulite. Endermologie, which is available at many spas, involves kneading the skin with a rolling suction device to boost circulation and stimulate collagen production. The new formulation in this anti-cellulite cream is the result of a fundamental discovery in the development of adipose (fatty) tissue and is the first body care product that targets both early and stubborn cellulite, helping to contour the body. You’ll need about four to eight 30-minute sessions at $300 to $500 a pop, and you can expect to see up to a 50 percent reduction in dimples.

I’d like to tell you that getting rid of cellulite is a quick remedy away but that’s not quite accurate. One theory is that the decline of gelatin containing foods in our diets has led to an increase in cellulite as we don’t have the needed building blocks for healthy connective tissue. Use a scrub every time you shower to increase circulation on thighs and buttocks too. Laser, radio-frequency, and massage techniques have been used for several years to reduce the appearance of cellulite—and while their results are not permanent, they are effective in the short-term, says Dr. Karcher. Vitamin C in lemon juice is great for improving skin health while the capsaicin in cayenne pepper improves circulation, both of which help to reduce cellulite significantly.

Cellulite is caused by specific bands from the muscle to the skin that create dimpling. Cellfina selectively release the bands that cause the cellulite, revealing long-term results.. “People will see results right after using, usually lasting for about 12 hours,” Brown said. A small scoop of the all-natural ingredients will reduce the appearance of dimples for $14 a jar. Plumped out skin shows cellulite less, than dehydrated skin, so it’s a good idea to incorporate body lotion application into your daily regime. Any of your citrusy fruits are just great for that. Foods high in Omega 3 such as salmon and mackerel are excellent as well. The only proven and long-lasting effective method of reducing cellulite on your body is to have more muscle and less fat.
